Festival of Nations Vendor Application 2025
📌 Important Vendor Information (Please Read Carefully)
To participate in the 2025 Festival of Nations (FON), all vendors must complete the application and fulfill the following conditions:
🔸 General Guidelines
Event Date: Saturday, July 26, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Set up by 9:00 AM)
Booth size is 10’x10’. You may purchase additional space in increments.
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, hand trucks, etc.
No vendor vehicles allowed inside the festival area after 9:45 AM
Mandatory vendor parking is at King Middle School, with printed parking permit.
No refunds for cancellations or rain.
Festival follows a carry-in, carry-out trash policy.
No subletting of space is allowed.

🔸 Food Vendor-Specific Notes
Food must be prepared on-site, in a licensed kitchen, or pre-packaged.
Home kitchens are NOT allowed.
If you don’t have a licensed kitchen, FON can help assign one near you.
Only gas grills are allowed. No charcoal or open fires.
🔸 Insurance Requirements
All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (listing “Women In Need, Industries” as additional insured with minimum $1,000,000 coverage).
OR, pay $200 extra for FON to provide one-day coverage.
