Instructions:

Your application packet must include:

1. Completed Festival of Nations application and registration form

2. Completed City of Portland permit form for your participant/vendor category

3. Festival of Nations payment by check, made payable to Festival of Nations

4. The City of Portland has waived all permitting and licensing fees for participants.
